Astracom Systems

Our shop is located at Shop No 2 in Niyoshi Park III. If you know the Aundh area, we’re right near Bremen Circle on D P Road. It’s a good spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the rush hour. Astracom Systems has been sitting here for a good while. Inside, it’s mostly computers, cables, and a few desks where we sit. It’s not a showroom where everything is under bright spotlights. It feels more like a workshop. We spend our days troubleshooting things and talking to people who come in from the neighborhood. Most of our customers are locals from Aundh who have been coming here since we opened. We don’t have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. Usually, there's a stack of boxes near the door because a delivery just arrived. The air conditioner in the shop hums a bit too loud sometimes, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s a small team, so if one of us is out, the other covers. We try to keep things simple. If a computer is acting up, we look at it. There’s no corporate script when you call us. It’s just us. The sign outside Niyoshi Park III is easy to miss if you aren't looking, but we like the quiet atmosphere. We just focus on the hardware and try to stay organized, even when the workbench gets messy. It's a living.
