Our office is tucked away in Shivaji Nagar. It’s an older part of the city, and our building has that weathered look that comes with being around for a long time. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze of desks and filing cabinets. We are a small group of people who have been working together for years, so we don't really need a lot of formal rules about how the office runs. The floors are a bit creaky in spots, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with our projects to worry about that. We have large windows that let in some light, but they also let in the noise from the street, which is always lively. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and long stretches of quiet while everyone is focused on their own drawings. We don't have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a pile of blueprints or drinking coffee out of mismatched mugs. We focus on the basics of building and making sure the plans we hand over are actually useful on a construction site. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. It’s a solid spot for us to get our work done without any unnecessary distractions or corporate fluff.
