You can find us over at 28 Shankarshet Road. We've been at this spot for quite some time, dealing with tyres day in and day out. It’s a dusty job, but someone’s got to do it. The shop is usually filled with the smell of rubber and the sound of the machines we use. We keep a good stock of tyres for different kinds of vehicles because you never know what’s going to roll in off the road. It’s a busy stretch of road here, so we get plenty of people stopping by with a puncture or just needing a fresh set because their old ones are bald. We don’t have fancy waiting rooms with air conditioning. Usually, customers just stand around or find a spot to sit on a spare tyre while we work on their wheels. It’s honest work, and we’ve gotten pretty fast at it over the years. My hands are almost always stained with grease or dirt, but that’s just how it goes in a tyre shop. We’ve seen all sorts of cars and bikes pass through here. The traffic on Shankarshet Road never seems to stop, which is good for business but makes for a loud afternoon. We just focus on getting the job done right so people can get back on their way safely. It’s a straightforward operation here, no bells or whistles, just tyres and tools and hard work every single day.
