We’ve been over here at 69 Chikhlee, right near Sonawane Wasti, for quite a while now. Running a coating place like Ashirwad Innovative Coatings Pvt Ltd keeps us pretty busy every single day. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on getting the mix right for whatever job happens to come in. It’s a lot of manual work, checking drums and making sure the supplies are moving along like they should. The shop isn't fancy at all. It's just a regular work floor where we handle different types of paints and protective layers. Sometimes the smell of chemicals is a bit much, but you just get used to it after a week or so. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. People usually find us because they need something specific for their metal parts or walls. Dealing with the weather is a big part of it too, since the humidity often messes with how things dry. We just try to get the orders out on time without making a mess of things. It’s a local operation, nothing corporate about it. We stay late if a batch isn't finishing up right. It’s just how we do things here in Chikhlee. The traffic near Sonawane Wasti can be a headache for deliveries, but we manage to work around it. Just a group of people trying to keep the machines running.
