Arthprerana Urban Nidhi Limited operates out of G. No. 78. This is in the A/P 14 Number area of Kandalita. It’s located within Junnar, in the Pune district, near Pjunnar and Kandali. People usually just call it the Kandali area. We have been in this spot for a bit. The address might look a little complicated on paper, but if you are from around Junnar, you know exactly where G. No. 78 is. It’s not a shiny new office tower. It’s a practical building that holds our desks and files. We spend our days here working through the usual Nidhi company tasks. The neighborhood is a mix of different things, and we fit right in. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We keep the office tidy and focus on the work at hand. Junnar is a good place to be based. It has its own pace of life, and we like that. Sometimes the traffic in Pune district can be a bit much, but out here in Kandali, it’s usually okay. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job from our little corner of the world. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular people working. No suits or ties are usually needed unless there is a big meeting. We just keep things real and simple.
