Our place is over in Kothrud, tucked away in Krishna Colony. We are in 2B, Prasad Apartment, just off Paud Road. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes it a nice spot to get some actual work done without too much distraction. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic on Paud Road gets really stuck in the evenings. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of sketches pinned to the walls. It’s a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and opens it. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, though sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a bit too much. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep ourselves going. The apartment has that old Kothrud feel to it, which we like. It’s not a corporate glass building or anything, just a regular flat turned into a workspace. We spend our hours mostly at our screens or arguing over small details on a printout. It’s honest work and we just try to keep things moving along every day. We find that being in a colony like this helps us stay grounded.
