Art Imagine Architects

Art Imagine Architects is based in Sadashiv Peth Tupenagar. It’s a traditional sort of neighborhood, and our office fits right in. We spend our days sketching out ideas and trying to make sense of building codes. It’s a lot of technical work that people don't always see. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Usually, there are just rolls of tracing paper everywhere and the sound of someone clicking a mouse. We work with local families and some business owners who need to change their space. The streets around Sadashiv Peth can be narrow, so we’ve learned how to deal with small, awkward plots of land. That’s actually what we do most. It’s a lot of problem-solving. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to make sure the roofs don't leak and the rooms have enough light. Some days we are frustrated with the slow pace of paperwork, but that's just part of being an architect here. We take our time with the details because that’s what matters in the end. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us having tea and looking over a fresh set of prints. It’s a basic operation, run by people who actually care about how a wall is built.
