Arshiya International

We are located in Kothrud, in the Chaitranagari area at 2/14. It’s a nice part of Pune, though it gets quite busy during the day. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit now. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordinating and making sure shipments are where they need to be. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies. It’s just a room with some computers, a few chairs, and a lot of maps on the wall. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We prefer to just focus on the job. People in the building know us as the quiet group that stays late sometimes. We handle international stuff, so we are often dealing with different time zones. That means someone is usually here early or staying well past sunset. We don't have a big corporate structure. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, despite the deadlines. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s a practical business. We don't make big promises. We just tell people when their stuff will arrive and try our best to make it happen. The area has changed a lot since we moved in, but our office routine stays pretty much the same.
