Arihant Paint Industries

We’ve been here in Narhe for a while now, right at 54/11 in Manajinagar. Arihant Paint Industries is mostly about getting the mixing right and making sure folks get what they need for their walls. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of buckets and tins every day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the machinery, but that's just how it goes when you're making paint. People come in looking for specific shades, and we do our thing to help them out. The floor usually has a few spots of color on it, which shows we're actually working. We aren't a big fancy showroom with carpets. It’s more of a workspace where stuff gets done. Most of the guys here have been around for years, so they know the smells of the different resins and thinners by heart. If you're driving through Manajinagar, you might miss us if you aren't looking, but we are right there. We just focus on the batches and getting orders ready for the trucks. It’s straightforward work. No one wears a suit here. We just wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of primer on. It’s a local operation, and we like keeping it that way. The neighborhood knows us, and we know the neighborhood. Just a regular paint place doing regular work. We often have tea breaks together near the front gate when the sun starts to go down. The fans in the ceiling hum all day long. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on a dusty computer in the corner. It's just home for us.
