Our shop, Arham Electronics & Electricals, is located over at Gate No-262 in Jijau Nagar. We are right near the Shindewadi Octroi, and our main office is technically at Post Shindewadi. It is a bit out of the main city flow, which has its pros and cons. The air is a bit clearer out here near the gate, but getting supplies takes a bit longer sometimes. We handle both electronic and electrical stuff, so our shelves are a mix of small chips and big heavy cables. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few old posters. Most of our day is spent helping people who come by with specific needs for their electrical projects. It can get a bit dusty since we are near the road, but we try to keep the sensitive electronics covered up. The team here is just a few guys from the local area. We’ve known each other for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't use fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with a pen and a ledger. It works for us and we haven't seen a reason to change it yet. When the sun starts to go down over Shindewadi, it’s usually time to lock up the gate and head home. It’s a good, steady way to make a living without too much fuss.
