You can find us at Apartment 2 in the Alliance Babylon building, which is inside Ram Indu Park. We are right near the Bank of Mysore on Baner Road. Baner has changed so much since we first started out here; it used to be much quieter. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it, even with all the drafting tables and computers. We spend most of our time working on floor plans and site layouts. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at CAD drawings until the lines make sense. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most people find us because they saw a project we did or someone told them we were in the neighborhood. We have piles of blueprints in the corners and the kitchen area is mostly used for making endless cups of coffee. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because the main desk is covered in maps. It’s a practical setup. We go out to sites a lot, especially with all the new buildings going up around Baner and Balewadi. Dealing with the heat and the dust on-site is just part of the routine. We try to be honest about what can be built and what can't. It’s not always easy, especially when budgets are tight or the land is tricky. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things organized as best as we can.
