Ardent Clinical Research Services

Ardent Clinical Research Services is based over at the Regus on Level 2. That’s in Cannaught Place on Bund Garden Road. It’s a shared office building, so we see people from all kinds of different companies in the hallways and the breakroom. Our part of the floor is mostly taken up by desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork related to our studies. It’s a professional environment but it feels like any other office. We drink a lot of coffee from the machine in the hallway. Bund Garden Road is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. We spend our days looking at data and making sure all our records are in order. It’s not the kind of place where patients walk in off the street. We’re more focused on the research side of things. The office has big windows, but we usually have the blinds down to stop the glare on the screens. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s convenient because it’s central. Sometimes we have meetings in the shared conference rooms. The staff is small, just a handful of us working on various projects. We don't have a big sign out front, just the listing in the lobby. It’s a quiet place to get work done. We just focus on the details of the research every day. The air conditioning is sometimes too cold, so we usually keep sweaters at our desks. There is an extra 'n' on some of the Bund Gardenn mail we get.
