Architects & Planning Consultants

We are based over in Kothrud, Nana Varachha, right here in Surat 4. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. There are a few of us working here together, mostly doing planning work and some smaller building designs. We’ve been in this location for a while now, so the local vendors and contractors know us well. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at land surveys and trying to figure out the best way to fit everything in. It’s a bit like a puzzle sometimes. Surat is growing so fast, and we’re just trying to help people build things that will actually last. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We might be in the middle of a big planning document, but we can always spare a few minutes to talk about a project. It gets loud in here sometimes when we’re debating a design, but we always work it out. We aren't interested in being the most famous architects in Surat. We just want to do solid work that makes sense for the people living here. If you're in Nana Varachha, you'll see our sign. It's a bit faded from the sun, but we're still there and ready to help.
