Architect Rajshekhar Bhogade

The office of Architect Rajshekhar Bhogade is located at 212 J.M. Road, right near the Station Road intersection. It’s a very busy part of the city, and there is always something happening outside. Being close to the station means there is a constant stream of people and vehicles. Our office is in a building that has been around for quite a while. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the desks and cabinets filled with old records and project files. We have been working from this location for many years. The space is functional but definitely shows its age. We don’t mind that, though, as it has a lot of history. There are usually several of us working away on various plans. We have a small area where we keep a kettle for tea and coffee. The windows are usually kept closed to keep out the noise and dust from the street. It’s not a fancy studio by any means. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. We spend most of our time at our drafting tables or on our computers. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of projects going at once, but we usually manage to keep things moving. We don't really do any marketing; most people find us because they know the building or have seen our name on the board outside. It is just a simple workspace for our small team.
