Architect Civil Contractor Systems

Our office is over in Deccan on the 7th Main Road, Phase III, number 12. We handle a lot of different parts of the building process here. It isn't just about drawing plans; we also get involved in the contracting and the systems that make a building work. Being in Phase III means we are around a lot of new development, so there is always something going on. The office is a bit of a hub. We have architects, but we also have people who know the construction side very well. It’s a practical setup. There are usually muddy boots by the door and blueprints spread out on every available surface. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our work happens on site or at our desks making sure the technical specs are correct. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to make sure the plumbing, the electrics, and the structure all fit together. We’ve been in Deccan for a while and know the local rules and the way things get built around here. It’s a busy life, and the phone rings a lot. We just take it one project at a time and try to make sure everything is done the right way. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s interesting work that keeps us moving. We enjoy seeing a project come together from the start to the end.
