Arambam Bros & Consultants Private Limited is based out in Pune, specifically near the Masoba Wastinr area. It is right by that bio plant company everyone knows around here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our consulting work finished. We have been in this part of Pune for a while and the traffic can be a real headache some mornings, but we make it work. Most of the time, we are busy looking at spreadsheets or talking to clients on the phone about their projects. It is a family-run kind of feel since it is the brothers involved in the whole thing. We don't really go for those big flashy meetings or powerpoint shows. We prefer just sitting down and figuring out the problems one by one. The air around the bio plant can be a bit different depending on the wind, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our desks are usually piled with files and half-empty tea cups by the afternoon. We don't have a fancy reception area with a dedicated person to greet you. If you come by, someone will probably just look up from their computer and ask how they can help. It's practical and straightforward. We spend a lot of time just making sure the numbers add up and the advice we give actually makes sense for the people asking. It is a lot of hard work and late evenings sometimes.
