You can find us at Aquarius House in Sheelavihar Colony. It’s just off Karve Road in the Erandawane area. We’ve been in this building, which we named Aquarius House, for several years now. It’s a quiet colony compared to the main road, which we like. We do engineering consultancy, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at drawings and calculating numbers. Aquarius Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is the full name on our papers. Our desks are covered in rolls of blueprints and old coffee mugs. It’s a bit of a mess, but we have a system that works for us. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits well. We don't wear suits or anything fancy. Just regular clothes that are comfortable for sitting all day. Erandawane is a nice part of town, and we usually walk to the local cafe for a break in the afternoon. Sometimes we have clients come in, and we have to clear off a chair for them to sit down. We use a lot of pencils and erasers. Technology is good, but sometimes a hand-drawn sketch is better for explaining a point. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which makes it a bit warm. We just open the windows and let the air in. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people. We’re just a small team working on various projects.
