We’re located in Pune, out at Florida County in B 8/301. It’s a nice enough area, and the weather here is usually better than what you’d find in Mumbai, which is a plus. We deal with logistics, which mostly means we spend our time worrying about where things are and when they’re going to get to where they need to be. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with various agents and clients. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, a few printers that sometimes jam, and stacks of folders that we keep meaning to organize better. We don't try to impress anyone with big marketing talk. We’re just here to do a job. Some days are really quiet and we just catch up on the paperwork, while other days it feels like everyone is calling at once and we can’t catch a break. We’ve got a small team here who just puts their heads down and works. Being in Maharashtra, we have to deal with a lot of different regulations and transport issues, but it’s something we’ve grown used to over the years. It’s not a perfect system, but we try our best to keep everything moving. We usually wrap things up by early evening, provided no last-minute issues pop up with a delivery, and then we head home like everyone else. There’s always more work to do tomorrow, so we don't stress the small things too much.
