Appasaheb A Bhujbal is located over in Erandwane, specifically inside the Prasan Kaumusi Housing Society. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the main roads, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. Being in a housing society means things feel a bit more personal, not like a cold office building. We have the usual setup here. A few desks, some files, and enough chairs for whoever stops by. Erandwane has changed a lot over the years, but our corner feels mostly the same. You enter through the main society gate and look for the block. It’s not hard to find if you’ve lived around here for a bit. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. It’s just a name on the door and a lot of regular work happening inside. Sometimes the security guard at the gate asks where you're going, but once you mention the society name, they usually just wave you through. The air is a bit cooler because of the trees around the housing complex. We like it here because it feels like home while we’re working. Most of our day is spent handling whatever comes across the desk. It’s a simple setup, really. No big meetings or fancy coffee machines, just a place where we get our stuff sorted and keep things moving along for the neighborhood. It’s nothing more and nothing less than a workplace where we stay busy from morning till evening most days of the week.
