Apex Telecom

We've been here at Shop No 16 in Chanakya Nagari for a while now. It's right behind Malhar Hotel in Manikbaug, so most people know where that is on Sinhagad Road. Apex Telecom is just a small place where we handle phones and talk to the neighbors. Usually, the traffic on Sinhagad Road is pretty loud, but it keeps the shop busy. We open up in the morning, get the counters ready, and wait for people to drop by. It’s not a big fancy office. Just a regular counter with some chairs. Sometimes people stop in just to ask for directions or because their screen cracked and they're stressed out. We try to help them out without making it a big deal. The weather gets dusty out here, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the display cases. It’s just me and a couple of others working here. We know the regulars by name. If you're walking past the hotel, you'll see our sign. It’s been there for years and is getting a bit faded. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just some folks who know a bit about mobile stuff. We spend our lunch breaks at the local spots nearby. It’s a decent life. Most days are quiet, then suddenly three people walk in at once. We just take it as it comes. It isn't always perfect, but we like the work. It's just a normal shop for normal people.
