We are situated in the Indialand Global Industrial Park over in Hinjewadi Phase-1. Our place is at Plot No 5, and it covers a few different survey numbers like 2354 and 245. If you know the Pune tech and industrial area, you know it is a massive place with lots of big gates and security checks. Our facility is mostly a warehouse where we keep all our power tools and equipment. It is a large, open space with high ceilings and rows of shelving. The office part is just a small section partitioned off so we can handle the orders and the billing. It gets pretty loud during the day with the sound of forklifts moving pallets and the traffic from the main road. We stock everything from basic drills to heavy-duty industrial saws. The team here is mostly focused on packing orders and checking that the right tools are going to the right people. It is a lot of physical work, especially when a new container arrives and we have to unload everything. The weather gets quite hot in this part of town, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We don't have any flashy displays or a showroom. It is just a working warehouse where we get things done. We usually grab lunch at one of the small canteens inside the industrial park.
