Our office is tucked away in Akurdi, right behind the Jai Ganesh Vision building. If you're looking for B 112, you might have to look twice because the layout back here is a little bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We deal with HR stuff, which mostly means we handle the boring bits of running a business that other people don't want to do themselves. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes and keeping track of who is supposed to be where. We’ve been at R S No 24 for a bit now. It isn't a huge place, just a regular workspace with some desks and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just help local businesses get their staffing sorted out so they can focus on their own work. It can be a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls that never seem to end. Some days are definitely longer than others. People stop by sometimes to ask about openings, and we tell them what we know. It’s pretty straightforward. We like being in this part of Akurdi because it's close to everything we need. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. There's no secret to it, just staying organized and making sure the right people talk to each other at the right time.
