Anusaya Medical General Stores

We are located in the Cb-1 Building over in the Katraj area. It is Shop No 6 in the 134-75 block of Jb Nagar. We carry a bit of everything here, ranging from medicines to general household items that people run out of. It’s the kind of shop where you can pick up your blood pressure tablets and a bottle of shampoo at the same time. The neighborhood has a lot of families, so we see many parents and their kids coming in. We keep the shop open pretty late because someone always forgets something they need for the next morning. The building is one of the older ones in the area, but it’s still sturdy and does the job. We have shelves that go all the way up to the ceiling to save space. I usually have to use a wooden ladder to reach the things on the top rows. It’s not a huge amount of floor space, but we manage to fit everything in. Anusaya Medical General Stores is just a small, local operation. We don't have a big corporate office or any managers. It’s just us standing behind the counter most of the day. We know which neighbors like certain brands of soap or tea. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for that busy rush we get in the evenings. We just keep the lights on and help whoever walks in. It’s a decent way to live.
