Anand Enterprises

We are Anand Enterprises. Our setup is a bit different because we operate out of B-1003 in the Kapil Upavan flats. It’s located at S No 662/1+2 and 665/A on Lake Town Road in Bibewewadi. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the industrial zones. We’ve been running things from here for a while. It’s not a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a home-base for our operations. We handle various enterprise tasks and keep our records here. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. We like the neighborhood; it’s got a good feel to it. People around here know us as the quiet business upstairs. We don’t have a lot of walk-in traffic, which suits us just fine. Most of our work is done over the phone or through people we’ve known for years. We aren’t trying to grow into some massive company. We just want to provide a decent service and keep things moving. The view of Lake Town Road is nice, especially when the weather is good. We’ve got our own way of doing things, and it might not be the most modern, but it’s effective for us. We don’t use fancy slogans. We just get up, do the work, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. That’s about the long and short of it.
