We operate out of a space in the Niwara Co-Op Housing Society in Balajinagar, which is in the Dhankawadi area. It is specifically Flat No. 4 in the Chintamani Hill View building. This is located on Survey No. 23, Plot No. 32. It has a bit of a residential feel to it, which makes it quite different from a standard factory floor or industrial shed. We have been here in Pune for a while now. The 411043 area is quite lively and there is always something going on. Since we are in a housing society, we try to keep things as quiet as an auto-related business possibly can. It is not always an easy task, but we make it work for everyone involved. Our team is small and most of us have known each other for many years. We are not a big corporation with thousands of employees or a fancy board of directors. We just have this one spot where we manage all our affairs. The building is tucked away a bit from the main road, so it is not right on a noisy highway. We actually like the relative peace of being in Dhankawadi. There is no big marketing budget or advertising campaign here. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just take it one day at a time. The office is a bit cramped with our files and equipment, but it is ours. We are happy enough right here.
