Amrut Electricals

Our shop is tucked away in Shop No B/11 at the Rambaug Colony. It is part of the Ex Servicemen Colony area, so the neighborhood is mostly quiet and full of retired folks who have lived here forever. Amrut Electricals started as a small idea to help out the locals who didn't want to travel all the way to the main city for a simple plug or a bit of tape. We are in S No 121, and if you haven't been here before, it might take a minute to find us among the other small shops. We don't have a big neon sign. Usually, there is just a ladder leaning against the wall and some boxes of PVC pipes sitting out front. I’ve lived around here my whole life, so I know the houses and the old wiring systems they have. It’s a lot of small talk about the weather or how the local cricket team is doing while we test a bulb for a customer. We don't do anything fancy. If your iron stops working or you need a new extension cord, we probably have it buried somewhere on the shelves. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff, but that’s life. It is just me and one helper keeping things going. We like the pace here in the colony. It’s steady and people are friendly. We just do our bit every day to keep things running properly for everyone in this part of town.
