If you are driving through Wagholi and pass the Kanchan Hotel, we are right next door at number 1. It is a handy location because everyone knows where the hotel is. We do a mix of sales and servicing for various equipment. Some days we are busy fixing a motor that someone brought in on a trailer, and other days we are just chatting with regulars who stopped by for a spare part. The shop isn’t fancy. We have some shelves with the new stock and a workbench in the back that has definitely seen some use over the years. We try to keep things simple. If something can be fixed, we tell you, and if it is junk, we tell you that too. Being right on the road means we get a lot of dust, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. It is a local business through and through. The guys working here live nearby, so we know the community well. We do not have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that we have been here at this spot for a long time and we know what we are doing. Most of our tools are old favorites that we trust. It is a good way to work, being right in the middle of the action in Wagholi and helping people keep their machines running without charging them for things they don't need.
