Our place is at Plot No. 105 in the Bhosari Industrial Area. It’s a busy corner of the world where there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded nearby. We’ve been operating out of this plot for quite some time now. The building itself is practical, built for the kind of heavy lifting and technical work we do every day. Inside, it’s a mix of office desks and production lines. We spend a lot of time checking on the quality of the connectors we put together. It’s not the kind of job where you can rush things, so we try to keep a steady pace throughout the day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but the team is used to it and we just get it done. We don't really have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how things are. We make things that help other machines work, and that’s about it. The surrounding area is full of other businesses just like ours, so there’s a sense of being part of a larger machine. The tea stall down the road is where a lot of us end up during the afternoon break to get some air and stretch. We’re just a group of people trying to do our jobs well and making sure the parts we ship out are exactly what they’re supposed to be.
