Amphenol Interconnect India Pvt Ltd. is split between 105 Bhosari Industrial Area and Chiranjeev Tower in Nehru Place. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes. In Bhosari, it is all about that industrial atmosphere. The roads are always packed with delivery vans and people moving components around. It is a busy, functional place where we focus on the technical side of interconnects. Then we have the office at Nehru Place, which is a different kind of busy. Chiranjeev Tower is right in the heart of a very crowded area, so there is always something going on outside the windows. We spend a lot of time on computers and managing parts. The desks are usually covered in wires and little plastic components that we are testing or sorting. We do not really have a polished corporate look. It is more about having enough space for the testing equipment and the shipping boxes. Sometimes the internet is slow or a shipment gets stuck in traffic, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We are not trying to be flashy or impress anyone with big words. Most of our team has been doing this for years, so we just get on with the job. It is a practical environment where the main goal is just to keep the orders moving and make sure the technical details are correct before anything leaves our hands.
