We are located at 105 in the Bhosari Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been to Bhosari, you know it’s a huge place with factories everywhere you look. Our spot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We work on interconnect products, which basically means we deal with a lot of connectors and cables. The floor is usually busy with people moving stuff around and machines running. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but you get used to the hum of the industrial zone pretty quickly. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big lobby. Most of the space is dedicated to the actual work and making sure the parts are handled properly. Sometimes the lunchroom gets a bit crowded during the break, but it’s a good time to catch up with the rest of the crew. We follow the rules and make sure the safety gear is on when it needs to be. It’s a straightforward operation here. We show up, do the shift, and head home. The weather in Pune can get pretty hot, which makes the factory floor feel even warmer, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. It’s honest work in a part of town that’s built for industry, and we’re okay with that. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing boxes of finished parts ready for shipping.
