Amar Bearing House & Tools Centre

If you ever find yourself walking down the busy streets of Nana Peth, you might run into Amar Bearing House & Tools Centre. We are located at number 520. It is a pretty crowded area, especially since we are right near Modern Bakery. You can usually smell the bread in the mornings if the wind is right. We sit right opposite Abhydaya Bank, which makes it easier for people to give directions to our shop. The shop itself is packed to the ceiling with bearings and different types of tools. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the mechanics and local workers who drop by. We don’t have fancy displays or those bright LED lights you see in malls. It’s just shelves, boxes, and us behind the counter. My cousin and I usually handle the sales and help people find the right size for whatever they are fixing. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud with all the horns, but you get used to it after a few weeks of working here. We open up early and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. It’s a simple setup we’ve had for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Pune, just a reliable place where you can get a specific tool without a lot of fuss. Most of our day is spent counting inventory or talking to the delivery guys.
