Als Realtors Llp is based at Stall No 309 in the Cantonment Market building in Kirkee. It’s a very local spot. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of noise and people buying and selling everything you can imagine. Our stall is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own little workspace. It’s not a big office with air conditioning and plush carpets. It’s a practical space right in the middle of the action. We like being in the market because we see everyone. You hear all the local news just by sitting at the desk. We handle property stuff for people in and around Kirkee. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who walk by or answering the phone. It can get a bit cramped when more than two people come in at once, but we make it work. We have our files and our ledgers all lined up. Sometimes we have to step out to go to the bank or check on a site, so the neighbors at the other stalls keep an eye on things for us. It’s that kind of place. We don’t use fancy slogans. We just know the Kirkee area well and we do our best to help people find what they are looking for without a lot of fuss. It is noisy and crowded, but it is where we do our business every day.
