Our place is located in the MIDC area of Akurdi, specifically over at Plot No 25 and 26 in the Additional Transport Nagar. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always something going on outside. You see trucks moving in and out all day long, and there’s that constant sound of engines and loading work that you just stop noticing after a few weeks. It’s a very practical environment. The office itself is pretty basic, just a place for us to sit down and sort out the logistics side of things. We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with paperwork for various shipments. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting, but it’s where the actual work gets done. The dust from the roads can get everywhere if we leave the windows open too long, so we keep things shut and just keep our heads down. Most of the people working here have been around for a bit, so we know the routine well. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words; we just show up, check the lists, and make sure the transport side of things is moving along. Akurdi has its own pace, and being part of the Transport Nagar means we are right in the middle of that hustle every single day of the week.
