Our place is at J-336 in the M.I.D.C. area of Bhosari. It’s an industrial zone, so it sounds like machines most of the day. We handle winding equipment here. The shop floor is usually covered in parts and wires. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where the work happens. We’ve been in this building for several years. It can get pretty loud when the machines are running. We have a small team of guys who know how to put things together. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out. The roads around M.I.D.C. are always busy with tempos and lorries. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in overalls first. We just focus on getting the winding machines built right. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to explain it simply if anyone asks. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a practical setup we have here. Nothing fancy, just tools and workbenches. We’ve seen other companies come and go, but J-336 is still our home base. It’s where we feel most comfortable. We just keep our heads down and get the machines finished. That’s how we’ve always done it. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the equipment is ready for whoever needs it.
