Our shop is tucked away on Apte Road, right in that lane by the Pimpri Apeksha Lodge. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it, but we’ve been here long enough that most of the locals know where we are. We make tools, and the place reflects that. There are metal scraps in the corners and the smell of cutting oil is pretty much stuck in the walls by now. We have a few lathes and some older machines that still run better than the new stuff people try to sell us. It’s a cramped space, honestly. We have to move boxes around just to make a path sometimes. The lighting isn't the brightest, but we know exactly where every wrench and bolt is kept. My cousin helps out with the paperwork in the small corner we call an office, though it’s mostly just a desk covered in invoices. We don’t wear uniforms or have big signs. Most of our day is spent leaning over a workbench or talking to people who need a specific part fixed. When the rains come, the lane gets a bit muddy and we have to be careful with the metal so it doesn’t rust. It’s just a regular workshop where we work hard and try to get things right. We don’t do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself when someone needs a tool that won't break.
