We are based out in Baner, Pune, right in the Global Port Building. It’s Survey Number 45/1-10 on the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. Being right on the highway is convenient for some things, but the noise of the traffic never really stops. You get used to that constant hum of cars and trucks after a few days. Our office is in Suite 301. It’s a fairly standard setup with some meeting rooms and a whole lot of open desk space. Baner has grown so fast in the last few years. It used to be just fields, and now it’s full of these big office blocks and fancy apartment buildings. We have a lot of younger staff here because of the nearby IT parks. It makes for a lively atmosphere. We have a little break room where people vent about the commute or talk about their weekend plans. The work itself involves a lot of technical coordination and dealing with clients across India. We aren’t really into big marketing displays. Our lobby just has a simple sign and maybe some magazines on a table. We prefer to keep things low-key. The focus is always on getting the logistics and technical specs right. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking through problems. We just try to be a reliable place where the work gets done without too much fuss or drama.
