Alfa Laval (I) Ltd

Alfa Laval (I) Ltd is located on the Mumbai Pune Road in the Dapodi area. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside our gates. We have a large facility here that has been part of the landscape for a long time. Our work is centered on engineering, specifically things like heat transfer and separators. It’s a big operation with many different departments. However, when you’re on the ground, it feels like a collection of people just trying to get through their daily tasks. We have a lot of machinery and large-scale equipment throughout the site. The workers here are a mix of young guys just starting out and veterans who have been here for thirty years. We have a canteen where we all eat, and it’s probably the heart of the place. We don't go in for fancy corporate speeches or polished presentations. The work is technical and requires a lot of focus. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and the pressure is on, but we manage. The location in Dapodi is convenient for logistics, even if the traffic is a headache. We aren't trying to be flashy. We just focus on the manufacturing and the engineering side of things. It’s a place where people work hard and take pride in the machines they help build every day. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
