Alf Exim Private Limited

Alf Exim Private Limited operates out of a flat in Hillmist Garden. We are located in Kondhwa, specifically across from the Kumar Pushpak building. It's a residential area mostly, so it is pretty quiet compared to the main city center of Pune. We are in flat number 4, right on S.No. 13. Working from a residential setup keeps things simple for us. We do export and import stuff, which involves a lot of phone calls and emails. Being in the NIBM area is nice because it’s a good neighborhood with plenty of shops nearby if we need a break. Most days it’s just us sitting in the office area of the flat, checking on shipments and talking to suppliers. We started this private limited company to handle trade, and staying in Kondhwa seemed like a good move at the time. The weather in Pune is usually okay, though the rains can make the commute a bit messy. We don't have any big signs out front. It’s just a regular door like any other apartment in the garden complex. We find that being in a smaller space helps us keep track of everything without getting distracted by too many people around. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the exim work and try to stay organized. It’s not a big corporate office, just a place where the work gets done every day. We don't need much more than that.
