You can find our office at House Number 23/2 in Ambika Nagar. This is in the Indapur area. It’s a pretty standard local office for a business like ours. We’ve got a small sign hanging outside so people don’t get lost looking for us. The street is usually very quiet, except for the occasional tractor or motorcycle passing by. We have a small team of local people here. Most of us live just a few minutes away, so we usually just walk to work in the mornings. The office has a few desks and a lot of shelf space for all the green binders we keep. We do things like recurring deposits and small loans for the people in town. It’s basic financial stuff for the community. We don’t have a website that stays updated or anything like that. We much prefer talking to people face to face. Someone is always making tea in the back room. The air conditioner is getting a bit old and it rattles when it’s on high, but it works well enough for us. We spend a lot of time double-checking all the numbers in the books. Accuracy is the most important thing, even if the office looks a bit lived-in and messy. There are some plants on the window sill that we sometimes forget to water, but they survive. It’s a relaxed place to spend the day. We don't wear suits or ties. Just regular clothes that we wear every day.
