Akka Foundation

We are based in Pune, specifically at Akka Foundation. Our office is in Patang Plaza, Wing- D, near Bharati Vidyapeeth. The address is S. No. 78/1A. It’s a busy little area with a lot of students and local shops around. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet to talk about things. We don't have a big staff. Usually, it's just two or three of us in there at a time. We do the work ourselves, from cleaning the floors to answering the door. It’s a very hands-on place. We don't use any fancy management styles. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be finished by the end of the week. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, but we manage. Being near the university means there is always energy in the air. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the people who come to us. Our office is practical and a bit cluttered with papers, but that’s because we are actually working. We aren't trying to be the biggest foundation out there. We just want to do our job from our little corner in Pune without any unnecessary drama or polish. It keeps us busy and useful.
