We are based out near the New Octri Center in the Kharadi area of Pune. Being situated right on Pune Nagar Road means there is a constant stream of traffic passing by our doors, especially during the morning and evening rush. Our specific spot is at Aple Ghar, Srno 56. It’s a very practical location for us because it’s easy for people to find once they are on the main road. The office we work in is pretty basic and doesn't have any of those modern frills. We spend the majority of our time here dealing with the various power and gas projects that come across our desks. It can get quite noisy with the heavy vehicles outside, but inside we just keep our heads down and focus on the screens and files. Usually, we grab a quick bite from the local food vendors nearby during lunch. It doesn't have a corporate park vibe at all; it’s more of a hardworking, industrial feel that suits the kind of work we do. Pune has changed a lot over the years, and Kharadi has grown so fast. We remember when this whole area was mostly empty fields. Now it’s all big buildings and traffic lights. We keep a simple routine every day. We get in early, check our schedules, and try to stay on top of things. The weather in Pune is usually alright, but the afternoons get pretty hot and dry. We just get on with it.
