Akash Industries

Akash Industries is based over in Dhanakawadi at number 34/34. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and small industrial spots around here. Our building isn't very big, but it’s got enough room for the machines we use. There’s a bit of a steady hum from the equipment that you eventually stop noticing. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. It’s a family-run sort of thing, or at least it feels that way with how small the crew is. We usually have the front door open to let some air in, though that means a bit of dust comes in too. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from the years we’ve spent here. We make a variety of small parts and handle different industrial orders as they come in. It’s not the cleanest work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We have a small sink in the corner for washing up. Most of the people around here know us because we’ve been in Dhanakawadi so long. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People who need our services usually know where to find us. It’s just about putting in the hours and making sure the quality is okay. We’re not trying to grow into some huge corporation; we just like the work we do right here. We keep our tools organized as best as we can. It’s home to us.
