Ajeet Industries

Ajeet Industries is tucked away in Bhosarigoan. You have to find your way to the 4th Main and then turn onto the 7th Cross on K R Road. We are directly opposite Kumar Industries, which is much bigger than us. Our place is more of a traditional workshop where we get our hands dirty every single day. The address includes the number 41367, and once you find the 4th Main, it’s not too bad. We have a lot of metal scraps piled up in the corner because we don't like to throw anything away that might be useful later. The machines we use are pretty old, but they still work and we know all their little quirks. It gets quite noisy when everyone is working at once, so we usually have to shout to be heard over the clanking. The road outside isn't paved very well, so it gets muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a mess to get equipment in or out. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy phone system. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. We mostly just stick to our work and don’t worry about much else. It’s a practical environment where we spend more time on the shop floor than in the office. The light inside is a bit dim, but we have lamps over the work areas where it really matters for the job.
