Our place is located in Mundwa, right over by Bharat Forge. If you have ever been to this part of Pune, you know it is a busy industrial area. There is always a lot of dust in the air and the sound of heavy trucks moving in and out of the gates nearby. We are at 72/76, and it’s a pretty straightforward building. We don't have much in the way of decoration here. The floors are concrete and the furniture is mostly old wooden desks that have been around since we opened up. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans running full speed. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know the local spots for a quick lunch. It’s a working environment, so things can get a bit messy with all the supplies and equipment lying around. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the loading area is clear for the next delivery. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It isn't a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we come every morning, drink some tea, and get the work done. The neighbors are mostly other workshops and small factories, so there is always someone hammering or welding something nearby.
