Aimconnect Resources Llp is based in a row house in Baner, which is one of the faster-growing parts of Pune. We are at Sunit Swatika, specifically Row House Number 52 in Pallad Farm. Working from a row house is a bit different than being in a big office block. We have a bit more privacy and it feels more like a home than a workplace. There’s a small area out front where we can park a couple of scooters, and we have some plants that we try to keep alive. Inside, it’s a simple setup with our workstations spread out across the main rooms. We don't have a receptionist or any corporate branding on the walls. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on our computers, handling various resource tasks. Baner is quite a lively area now with lots of cafes and shops, but our little corner in Pallad Farm stays relatively quiet. We appreciate the peace when we’re trying to concentrate. Sometimes the local dogs bark a bit too much, or there’s some construction noise nearby, but that’s just Pune life. We don't have any fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some milk in the fridge. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we can just get on with our tasks. We’ve been here for a while and the location suits our needs perfectly.
