Agrasen Kothrud Lion Charitable Foundation

We are based in the Kothrud area of Pune, specifically over in Sai Nagar. If you know where the New Saibaba Mandir is, we are located just across from it in Lane No 8. It’s a busy and lively little corner of the city. We’ve got a couple of plots here, numbers 120 and 121. The whole area has a very local, neighborhood vibe. You can often hear the temple bells ringing during the day, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech. It’s just a charitable foundation run by people who live right here in the area. We saw some things that needed fixing in our community and decided to put this place together to help out. Most days involve different people coming in and out, some asking for help and others offering to volunteer their time. We don’t have a marketing team or any polished brochures. We just keep our doors open for whoever needs us. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because there is always some kind of construction happening nearby, but that’s just how Pune is these days. We try to keep things moving forward. Whether it’s helping a neighbor with a problem or organizing a small local event, we just do what feels right at the time. It’s not about some grand vision or anything like that. It’s just about being good neighbors and using our space in Sai Nagar for something decent.
