Our office is over in Marketyard, in the Gagan Galaxy building. We’re in Flat D-303. Being near the Marketyard area in Pune means there’s always a lot of movement and noise around us, which actually fits what we do perfectly. We’re Agility Logistics, but don't let the name make you think we’re some huge corporate machine. Inside our office, it’s just a few of us surrounded by folders and computer screens. We spend most of our time trying to figure out why a shipment is sitting in a warehouse somewhere or when the next truck is going to arrive. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. The office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a decent fan and enough tea to keep us going. We’ve been at this Gagan Galaxy spot for some time and we know the other people in the building. It’s a good community. We don’t try to act like we’re better than anyone else. We just know the logistics business inside and out. If someone needs something moved, we help them out. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time, making sure we don't miss any details. It's a busy life in Pune, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
