Agarwal Construction

Agarwal Construction is based in Baner, specifically at Madhav Bag App on the main road. We are in Flat No 2 on the first floor. Baner has grown so much lately, and being on the main road means we see all the changes happening right outside. Our office is a converted flat, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable and less like a cold corporate space. It’s Survey No 164/3 if you’re looking at the maps. We’ve got a small crew that handles the daily tasks. There is usually a pot of tea going and some papers spread out over the dining table we use as a desk. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a long time or neighbors from the Baner area. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Pune. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with samples and drawings, but we find what we need eventually. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't wear suits or use big words to sound important. If you need to talk to us about a project, you just come by and we sit down in the kitchen area or the front room. It’s just how we do things. We keep the place running through the week and take Sundays off.
