Afl Logistics

Our office for Afl Logistics is tucked away in the Sai-Chatra Building, right there on the first floor. It’s Flat No 119/1, which makes it feel more like a home office than a big industrial space. Being located near the old MIT College in Santosh Nagar, Katraj, we get a lot of the local vibe from the student area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the building has that lived-in feel you only find in Pune’s older neighborhoods. Anand P Khandagale manages things from here. It’s a small operation, focusing on getting things coordinated without the noise of a giant corporate headquarters. We have papers stacked up and a few computers that have seen better days. Katraj is a busy area, and sometimes the noise from the street comes right through the windows. We don't mind it much. It reminds us that we are part of the city's hustle. Working from a flat means we don't have a big loading dock right outside, so we do a lot of our coordination over the phone and through local partners. It’s a practical way to run things. We know the milkman and the local shopkeepers around Santosh Nagar. It’s the kind of place where people stop by for a chat while we’re in the middle of sorting out a delivery route. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized as much as possible in a small space.
