Adwitya Projects

We are located over in Aundh at Tapkir Galli 301. Adwitya Projects is the name we use, but mostly we are just known as the people who handle local building and renovation jobs. The office is not very big, but it works fine for our meetings and for keeping all the files in order. Parking around Tapkir Galli can be a real headache sometimes, so we often walk to nearby sites. We spend a lot of our time making sure that the work is actually getting done on the ground. A typical day involves a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking in on the progress of various tasks. Things rarely go exactly according to the plan, but we do our best to keep things moving forward. Aundh has grown so fast recently, and we have been involved in a lot of the small changes around the neighborhood. We are not some huge corporation with a hundred employees. We are a small team that knows how to manage a project from the start until it is finished. Sometimes we have to work late into the night to meet a deadline, which can be tiring. We do not do any big advertising. Most people find us because they saw our work or a neighbor mentioned us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
